Alta Roofing is owner-operated by Chris Hetzner. Residential roofing is all we do—and we do it to one standard: high-quality, professional work that protects your home and adds lasting value.
We specialize in designer shingles and metal roofing, bringing deep industry knowledge and craftsmanship to every project—done right, and built to last.
Raising home values, one roof at a time.
What many Austin homeowners don't realize: most homeowners policies in Texas cover storm-damage roof replacement. When a carrier approves a claim, the homeowner's out-of-pocket cost is the deductible.
Without Insurance
$15,000 - $25,000
Full out-of-pocket cost
With Insurance
$1,000 - $2,500
Just your deductible
Most Austin homeowners have never checked whether hail was recorded near their home, or on what day. A hail date in the last year is what lets a roof claim go through your policy: if it's approved, a full replacement costs you your deductible instead of a whole roof out of pocket. Enter your address and see what the storm record says in thirty seconds.
