Meet the Owner
I'm Chris Hetzner, owner and operator of Alta Roofing. When you work with Alta, you work directly with me—not a salesman who disappears after you sign.
I started Alta Roofing because I saw too many homeowners get taken advantage of after hail storms. Roofers would show up, make big promises, and then deliver subpar work or disappear entirely.
My approach is different. I personally inspect every roof, communicate with your insurance company, and oversee every installation. When problems come up—and they sometimes do—I'm the one who answers your call and fixes them.
Most of my customers only pay their deductible because I know how to work with insurance companies. I've even won appraisal and umpire decisions for homeowners who were initially denied.
