We bought our home seven years ago (in 2019) with an unknown roof age... we struggled through some leaks towards the start, handled repairs in pieces over the years, and generally had been dreading the day when we would finally need to take on the replacement. A few weeks ago a big hailstorm hit, and with an unusual amount of rain for the start of the summer, we finally thought “the time has come.” I got a targeted text from Alta Roofing the next morning, and am so glad I replied. Chris made the entire process SUPER easy, not only showing up same day for an inspection, but carrying all the mental labor with the insurance company as we pushed forward. Within 5 days of the storm we had an insurance check in hand, and within 2.5 weeks, a brand new roof. And to boot: a 10 year warranty that will pass off to any future owner should we decide to sell! Chris’ super proactive and clear communication throughout took a load off, and the hardworking crew got FOUR layers of old junk off + some additional repairs done on top of the new install in a single day. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

We are very fortunate to have found Chris at Alta Roofing. From our first contact throughout the roof repair, Chris has been amazing. One reason for this review is their timeliness and on time activities. Alta Roofing contacted our insurance and saw that one of their inspectors was present when our insurance inspector was here. This helped resolve differences that might came up. Alta contacted our insurance and helped us get top dollar assistance. Our roof was ~30 years old. Now we have a stunning new roof. We’ve had lots of positive feedback on both the roof and the facia/soffit repair/replacement. Alta replaced multiple plywood panels/flooring for the roof. Chris coordinated with roofers and painters to be sure there were no opportunities for creatures to get inside the roof. We had been plagued by “visitors.” It’s been such a blessing to hear rain and not be anxious about the roof. We will be recommending Alta Roofing to family/friends.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Chris was PHENOMENAL. Not only did he handle everything from start to finish, he also dealt with my insurance company AND my HOA! I was absolutely floored how easy this entire process way. He showed up, told me what was going to happen, how it would happen. and answered all of my questions along the way. I have heard horror stories about having your roof replaced and this was NOTHING like that. This process was GREAT from start to finish. This industry in general can give anyone pause, women especially, and trust me Chris is trustworthy, reliable and just a great guy in general. Hire Alta & Chris, you will absolutely not regret it.
