What you get from a free inspection
An inspection is just an inspection. Our job is to tell you what's going on with your roof — whether that's "looks great, see you in a couple of years" or "you've got hail damage and should file a claim."
We'll send one of our crew members out at a time that works for you, climb up, take photos of every slope and edge, and walk you through what we found. If there's nothing to do, we'll tell you. If there is damage, we'll explain your options plainly and let you decide what to do next.
There is no obligation, no high-pressure pitch, and no cost. We're comfortable doing this because most Austin roofs do have some form of wear or storm damage, and the ones that don't usually mean a happy homeowner who remembers us next time.
If we do end up replacing your roof, every install is covered by our 10-year labor warranty on top of the manufacturer's material coverage — as BBB Accredited, GAF Certified, and Owens Corning Preferred installers.
